Other Activities: A. Recruitment. The chapter
recruited over twenty new student memberships in ASA. These were underwritten
by the chapter and a very generous donation by Dr. Fritz Scheuren.

B. Traveling Course. The
chapter has been successful in its application for an ASA Traveling Course.
Regression Modeling Strategies presented by Dr. Frank Harrell, Vanderbilt
University School of Medicine was given on the campus of Michigan State
University, May 11, 2006.
