V. CSTAT (Center for Statistical Training and Consulting)

 

The Center for Statistical Training and Consulting is a professional service and research unit at Michigan State University. Its aim is to support research and provide training and consulting in statistics for faculty, staff, and graduate students. See its website: http://www.cstat.stt.msu.edu.

CSTAT provides expertise in all phases of research projects, including planning, analysis, and reporting. Its consulting, instructional and infrastructural activities are designed to work together to support statistics from the inception of research to the final analysis of research results.

CSTAT is currently headed by Professor Connie Page of this Department. Each semester doctoral students in the Department work for CSTAT as research assistants.
