Statistical genetics and statistical genomics; design and analysis of microarray experiments and Rt-PCR; genetic associations and gene-gene interactions for complex traits (asthma and allergy in childhood, Parkinson's Disease); biological networks; host-parasite systems in mathematical ecology; stochastic partial differential equations.
