A note from the distributor,

If you are using one of the LaTeX class files to prepare your thesis, you should know that new versions are available that satisfy a requirement recently brought to my attention. The appropriate files can be obtained at the following web sites.

If you use LaTeX to produce your thesis, I would appreciate having a copy of your source file. I'm particularly interested in one that used BibTex to prepare the bibliography. Please include the .bbl file.
